Emancipator Interview + Videos
My favorite electronic artist/producer is Doug Appling who calls himself Emancipator. There is a great interview discussing Emancipator's background and music you can read here.
Emancipator has two albums out, both of which are amazing. His first album, Soon It Will Be Cold Enough To Build Fires, would definitely be in my list of albums to take with me if I was LOST on an island as it never gets old. Check out two videos using Emancipator's music:
I am very much looking forward to seeing Emancipator open for Pretty Lights this summer at Red Rocks. I am also hearing rumors he will be performing at Hornings Hideout one night after the String Cheese Incident.
