We at Coventry have it from the most reliable* source that Phish will return to Red Rocks July 30- Aug 2, 2009. Confirmed.
Phish will be playing Red Rocks on Jerry's Birthday.
Official Dates will be announced after New Years Eve.
This is all the info we have on this right now, but I can tell you that this is from a person who has consistently had correct and reliable info regarding Colorado concerts in the past, with 100% accuracy.
We can also confirm 3 nights at the Pepsi Center in Denver in early April. The same source tells us there will also be a return to The Gorge, sometime after the Red Rocks shows.

My guy who told me about Hampton also told me about Red Rocks. He did not confirm the Pepsi dates, though.
I saw Phish @ Red Rocks in 1996... and the word on the street was "never again" as there were too many fans over-taking Morrison at that point in time.. before they got even more popular.

Now that Mike has sad there will be no spring tour it looks like the April dates are out and that may draw this whole post into question.
Let's also note that they will be opening the Red Rocks shows on Paul Anka's b-day. Let's celebrate!

Obviously those "confirmed" Pepsi Center dates turned out to be a wash. Wonder if the Red Rocks dates are simply rumors as well...

they played 4 nights in 96 so whats one more? ozzy got banned from texas for ten years for pissing on the alamo and came back and rocked the place!
