Phish played Roseland Ballroom on only four occasions. Two of them happened in February of 1993 on back-to-back nights. The last one? The VH1 special recorded on May 23, 2000 the day after the Radio City shows.

The second Roseland Ballroom show from 1993 featured two special guests. John Popper from Blues Travelers fame sat in with the boys for three songs including Buried Alive and Possum. Popper also joined Noel Redding for the encore. Phish covered Jim Hendrix's anthem Fire with Jimi's actually bass player, Noel Redding, sitting in with the band. Mike happily gave up the spotlight and headed to the keyboards with Page.

Other highlights from the Roseland show included a blustery Divided Sky in the first set and a Pauly-pleasing Mound.

Front row center (well, as much of a front row as you could have in the pit). Have GREAT photos of this night.
